US LEC has a local presence in each of its markets offering a team of sales, sales support and operations professionals. They own and operate their own digital switches. They also operate their own integrated billing platform. US LEC's Network Operations Center (NOC) staff closely monitors the status of each switch location 24x7 to identify and solve any trouble that may arise.
