We use this information primarily to provide you customized quotations from several, if not many, carriers that offer T1 circuits in your area. We do not share this information with any third parties beyond these carriers. We do, though, need to share some information with the carriers that are providing pricing to you through our service. This information generally includes the address of the location where service is needed and the phone numbers (LATAs) that will need to be connected to the carriers’ network. Generally we also supply them your company name to help us all track the progress of quote requests and installations. Please note, once you opt to contract with a certain carrier, only enough information is shared with the carrier to allow them to process the contract and install your circuit. This generally includes installation site contact information and billing address information (that you will provide to us at the appointed time).
Beyond disclosing just the pertinent information needed by the carriers to generate a quote and initiate service, none of your personal information collected is disclosed unless we have received your permission beforehand or in very special circumstances, such as when we believe that such disclosure is required by law.
Responses to Email Inquiries
When visitors send email inquiries to T1Solutions.com, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. We do not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party, except the carrier when required.
Voluntary Customer Surveys
We may periodically conduct both business and individual customer surveys. We encourage our customers to participate in these surveys because they provide us with important information that helps us to improve the types of services we offer and how we provide them to you.
